Qualcomm & Nirmaan Empower 120 Girls Through AQRITI Residential Learning Camp in Hyderabad

Qualcomm, through its CSR initiative hashtag#AQRITI, in collaboration with nirmaan.org, organized a four-day Residential Learning Camp at Don Bosco School, Bandlaguda Jagir, from October 16 to 19, 2025, for over 120 girl students of Cohort 1. Over 35 Qualcomm and Nirmaan hashtag#mentors spent time with the students in one-on-one sessions, helping them recognize their strengths, interests, and future goals.

The students attended academic sessions that strengthened their core subjects, gave practical tips for competitive exams, and noted their individual needs for follow-up support. Each day also included self-defense and motivational sessions to help them build confidence and develop discipline.

As part of the camp, students also participated in exposure visits to the Qualcomm Office and the Smart City project at IIITH. They experienced how corporate workplaces operate and explored advanced technologies and research labs, which inspired them to imagine careers in science, technology, and innovation for the first time.

This camp not only opened doors to new learning and experiences but also inspired these girls to dream bigger and shape their own future.
