Nirmaan Hosts 11th HR Conclave on Impact Hiring in Bhubaneswar, Driving Inclusive Employment Across Odisha

Nirmaan’s 11th HR Conclave on Impact Hiring successfully concluded in Bhubaneswar, bringing together 60+ HR and industry leaders to champion inclusive workplaces across Odisha.

The event began with Nirmaan showcasing its training programs and skill centers, highlighting how these initiatives equip underprivileged youth with employable skills. We were honored to have Capt. Shanthi S, Senior Program Director, Infosys Foundation, as the chief guest and keynote speaker.

The panel discussion on “From Intention to Action: Making Impact Hiring a Reality” offered a dynamic platform for industry leaders to share strategies and best practices to turn inclusive hiring from vision into action. Our heartfelt thanks to the panelists:

A major highlight of the conclave was the signing of MoUs with Quess Corp Ltd, K One Ventures, SMS, and others, further strengthening the collective commitment to creating opportunities for youth across the state.
