GHMC Leads Awareness Session on Mosquito-Borne Diseases at Nirmaan HQ

Thanks to Dr. Shrikant from GHMC Serilingampally, Entomology team, for leading an eye-opening session at our Headquarters (HQ) and Global Impact Capability Center (GICC) on the impact of stagnant water and mosquito-borne diseases, as part of the Urban Malaria Scheme.

The session highlighted how even small, unnoticed pools of water can become breeding grounds for mosquitoes and spreading diseases like dengue, malaria, and chikungunya. Dr. Shrikant also encouraged everyone to adopt the "Friday = Dry Day" practice of checking and clearing stagnant water every Friday to break the mosquito breeding cycle.
