Established a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Plant at Nizamabad Government Hospital

Nirmaan in collaboration with Qualcomm has established a Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generating plant at Nizamabad government general hospital. This plant produces 90-93% purity of oxygen which is adequate for most of medical uses. This plant generates 1000 LPM oxygen which is sufficient to feed 120 ICU beds in the hospital. In medicine oxygen is used during surgery, intensive care treatment, inhalation therapy, etc. It also assists in respiratory problems, saving lives, increasing patients comfort, etc. It is useful for hospitals where demand of oxygen is high enough to make cylinder deliveries a logistical problem but where liquid deliveries are unavailable or very costly.
