Empowering Women in Tech: EPAM & Nirmaan Celebrate 50 Meritorious Scholars in Pune

EPAM Systems, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, hosted the Scholarship Distribution Event at the EPAM Pune Office, celebrating the achievements of 50 meritorious female students from the EPAM India Scholarship for Women in Tech on October 30, 2025.

The event featured inspiring addresses by leaders from EPAM, followed by beneficiary speeches in which students reflected on their learning experiences, personal growth, and heartfelt gratitude.

The EPAM India Scholarship for Women in Tech is a three-year initiative supporting 200 meritorious female engineering students from five regions across India. Each student receives continuous financial assistance and mentorship over three years, with guidance on career planning and placements to help them become job-ready upon graduation.

A heartfelt thanks to the EPAM leadership for their continued support in empowering young women in technology.
