Deloitte volunteers guide students with career clarity through impactful mentoring sessions

What if students, confused about their career choices, could get guidance from experienced professionals?

Thanks to Deloitte and its volunteers for conducting a Career Guidance Volunteering Activity for over 180 students at MGM GGHS, Nampally, Hyderabad, on December 12, 2025.

Volunteers guided students on diverse career pathways, educational options, and the importance of understanding their interests and strengths. They also designed Teaching Learning Material (TLM) charts with simple visuals to make the sessions interactive, engaging, and easy to understand.

The initiative supported students in strengthening their career awareness, confidence, and motivation to plan their future with clarity and purpose.
