Planting Hope: Carrier Technologies India Leads Green Initiative on World Environment Day 2025

Every tree we plant is a promise for the future and for generations to come!
On World Environment Day, 5th June 2025, Carrier Technologies India, with Nirmaan as the executing partner, conducted a Plantation drive at Agri-Biodiversity Park, Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agriculture University (PJTAU) in Hyderabad.

130 volunteers from Carrier and more than 50 students from PJTSAU planted 200 saplings, including Neem (Medicinal and O2 Production), Ravi, Marri (Tree of Life), Kadamba, Modugu, Soapnut, Pongamia, Bixa, Casuarina, Silver Oak, Mahogany, Jacaranda and Spathodia. The diverse plantation covers related to Medicinal, Herbal, Ornamental, Cultural, Religious, Traditional Medicine and More Oxygen Productivity.

The lush new green cover will transform PJTAU’s campus and serve as a nature reserve and field laboratory for ecosystem research, promoting scientific studies on ecosystem restoration, enhancing carbon sequestration and boosting biodiversity.
